Copyright policy

Castlune respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to publish only material they are authorized to use.

Effective and last updated: September 13, 2026

User responsibility

Users must hold or have permission to use every image, video, audio track, trademark, likeness and other protected element they upload or publish. Giving credit does not replace a required licence.

Submitting a complaint

Email 8686222@gmail.com or use the contact page and begin the message with “Copyright notice.” Identify the protected work, the Castlune material or account at issue, where it appears, your contact details, the basis for your rights and why the use is unauthorized. Include a good-faith statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for one.

Review and action

Castlune may request additional verification, restrict access to content, preserve relevant records or suspend a repeat infringer. A complaint about content already published to a social network should also be submitted through that platform's reporting process.

False notices

Do not knowingly submit a false or misleading complaint. The sender is responsible for the accuracy and legal basis of the notice and may be responsible for harm caused by a wrongful claim.

No unverified safe-harbor claim

This process is intended to resolve rights complaints promptly. It is not a claim that Castlune has registered an agent or qualifies for a particular statutory safe harbor in any jurisdiction.
