Terms of service

These terms govern access to Castlune and explain the rules of the public beta.

Effective and last updated: September 13, 2026

1. Agreement and beta operator

Terms version: 2026-09-13.2. By selecting “Accept and continue,” you agree to these terms. Castlune is an independent public-beta service operated by Roman Leone as an individual operator. Castlune is not currently operated by an incorporated company. The operator can be contacted at 8686222@gmail.com or through the contact page.

2. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement and, when acting for an organization, have authority to bind it. You may sign in through Google or a one-time link sent to your verified email address, subject to the authentication provider's own terms. Keep access to your Google account and email inbox secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Castlune does not receive or manage your Google or email password.

3. Your content and permission to process it

You retain ownership of content you upload. You give Castlune a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, format, transmit and otherwise process that content only as needed to operate the service and carry out the publishing instructions you choose. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backup, security or legal retention.

4. Your content responsibilities

You confirm that you have all rights, licences, releases and permissions needed for the images, video, music, trademarks, personal likenesses and other material you submit. You are responsible for captions, disclosures, audience settings and compliance with advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property and platform rules.

5. Publishing authorization

Connecting an account does not itself authorize a post. When you confirm, Castlune transmits the displayed content and selected publishing settings only through integrations that are active and supported. Before a TikTok Direct Post, you must choose the available audience setting, decide whether to allow comments, Duet or Stitch, make any required commercial-content and AI-generated-content disclosures, and expressly confirm TikTok's applicable music and branded-content rules. Other selected destinations may be stored as queued preparations. A queued or processing record is not proof that a platform published the content; rely on a Published result or the destination platform itself.

6. Third-party platforms

Social networks are independent services with their own terms, policies, technical limits and review processes. Your use of TikTok is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service, including its Music Usage Confirmation and, when relevant, Branded Content Policy. Your use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Similar destination-specific terms apply to Instagram, X and Telegram. Castlune is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms, and their availability may change without notice.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Castlune for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, hateful or infringing material; spam or platform manipulation; impersonation; malware; unauthorized account access; privacy violations; financial scams; attempts to bypass platform or service safeguards; or activity prohibited by sanctions or export-control law. TikTok publishing is intended for authentic creators sharing original content they are authorized to use; do not use Castlune to copy arbitrary content from another platform to TikTok or to evade a platform restriction. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, platforms or the service.

8. Media transfer and platform processing

When you expressly submit content to TikTok, Castlune may make the selected upload available to TikTok at a time-limited, cryptographically signed HTTPS address under castlune.com. The address is created only for the publishing request and expires automatically. TikTok then retrieves and processes the file; Castlune does not provide users with a feature to download another person's TikTok video. Processing, moderation and final visibility are controlled by TikTok and may take minutes or longer. Castlune checks the official publication status but cannot guarantee acceptance or availability.

9. Copyright and complaints

Rights holders may follow the process in our Copyright policy. Castlune may remove material, preserve evidence, restrict repeat infringers or cooperate with a valid legal request. We do not claim a statutory safe-harbor status that has not been formally established.

10. Castlune intellectual property

The Castlune name, logo, interface, original text and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms do not grant a right to copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the service or its branding. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

11. Free beta and future billing

Castlune does not currently charge for beta access or store a payment method. Displayed future prices do not create a subscription. Before any charge, we will show the price, billing interval, renewal terms and applicable cancellation terms and request your express confirmation.

12. Beta availability and changes

Beta features may be incomplete, change or be withdrawn and may experience interruptions. No service-level commitment applies during the beta. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date; continued use after notice means acceptance where permitted by law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Castlune at any time and may request deletion as described in the Data deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, legal requirement or threat to a third-party platform. Already published content remains on the destination platform until removed there.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or successful platform delivery. Castlune is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss caused by beta use, platform action or unavailable integrations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify the Castlune operator against third-party claims caused by your content, your violation of another person's rights or your material breach of these terms. This obligation does not apply to loss caused by the operator's own unlawful conduct.

16. Contact and mandatory rights

Questions or legal notices may be sent to 8686222@gmail.com or submitted through the contact page. Applicable law and jurisdiction depend on the circumstances, including the operator's actual location and any mandatory consumer, privacy or court-access rights that apply in your country. Nothing in these terms requires a consumer to waive rights or bring a claim in a forum that applicable law does not permit.
