No beta charges
Castlune does not currently charge for beta access or store payment methods. Because no beta charge is made, no beta refund is applicable. Prices shown on the pricing page describe possible future plans only.
Before paid service begins
Paid terms will take effect only after you are shown the price, billing interval, renewal and cancellation terms and expressly confirm a purchase. No beta account will be silently converted into a paid subscription.
Future cancellations and refunds
A detailed paid cancellation and refund policy will be published before billing is enabled. It will explain the cancellation method, access after cancellation, billing-error process and any location-specific cooling-off or refund rights.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits a refund, cancellation or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited. Questions about a displayed future price may be sent through the contact page.
